How Moments handles information and preferences on your device.

Moments is provided by WorkOn. It helps parents and adult caregivers choose activities to do with their kids.
No information is collected or shared
Moments does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. There are no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party marketing SDKs. The activity library is included in the app and works offline.
Information stored on your device
The app stores selected age groups, participating ages, your Inside/Outside and time choices, favorite activity IDs, theme, responsibility acceptance, and reminder preferences in its private storage. It does not ask for children's names, birth dates, photos, or contact details. Inside/Outside is a choice you make, not your device's location.
Optional reminders
Android: reminders run locally through Android. Notification permission is optional. On supported phones, precise-alarm access is optional. You can turn reminders off in Moments and manage permissions in Android settings.
iPhone and iPad: reminders are scheduled locally through iOS/iPadOS. Notification permission is optional. Moments prepares up to 30 days of reminders and refreshes them when you open the app or change your matching choices. Turn reminders off in Moments or manage permission in Settings. Focus and system notification settings can affect delivery.
Your device's lock-screen settings determine whether notification content is visible while locked.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Preferences stay on your device. On Android, app storage is excluded from cloud backup and device transfer. On iPhone and iPad, the preferences file is excluded from iCloud and device backups. There is no developer-operated backup or account sync. Preferences remain until you change them or delete the app; Android also lets you clear app storage in Settings. Offloading an iOS/iPadOS app may retain its data. Each device has its own choices and favorites.
Children's privacy
Moments is designed for parents and adult caregivers. Age selections help adults find appropriate activities. The app does not collect information from children or other users.
Other services
Apple, the App Store, iOS/iPadOS, Google Play, and Android operate under their own privacy policies. Website pages you choose to open use your browser and their own service providers. A support email you choose to send is handled by the email services you and WorkOn use; it is not sent automatically by Moments.
