Rise privacy policy

How the offline affirmation app handles information on your device.

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Rise is an offline affirmation app provided by WorkOn. It does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information.

Information stored on your device

Rise stores your favorite affirmations, reading position, theme choice, and reminder preferences locally on your device. We do not receive this information. Rise does not include advertising, analytics, tracking tools, in-app purchases, or a server that receives your activity.

Notifications and widgets

If you enable reminders and grant notification permission, Android schedules and displays affirmation reminders on your device. Your reminder settings and notification activity are not sent to us. The home-screen widget uses the app’s locally stored affirmations and preferences. You can turn off reminders in Rise or in Android settings.

Internet access and other services

Rise’s affirmation library is included with the app and works offline. Rise does not request internet access. Opening this privacy-policy link launches your browser. Your browser, operating system, and app store may process information under their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Your preferences and favorites remain in local app storage until you clear Rise’s storage in Android settings or uninstall Rise. Doing either removes your locally stored preferences and favorites. Rise does not provide cloud backup or account synchronization.

Children’s privacy

Rise is intended for a general adult audience and is not designed specifically for children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

Changes to this policy

If Rise’s data practices change, we will update this policy and its Google Play disclosures. The date above shows when this policy was last updated.
